Interlining, artificial leather, linings, accessories and chemicals, imported direct and supplied in bulk to the wholesale trade. You move the volume. We supply everything that goes into it.

A finished garment, a handbag or a pair of shoes passes through a dozen suppliers before it reaches an assembly line. Interlining from one mill, coated leather from another, lining from a third, adhesives and solvents from a fourth. Four invoices, four lead times, four sets of paperwork, four things that can go wrong.
Sammr Stoff International exists to collapse that. We do not manufacture. We import, at scale. Eight divisions carry the bill of materials for garments, bags and footwear, so a single order returns one consolidated shipment, checked and ready for the floor.
We trade as a bulk importer at the top of the supply chain, selling by the container and the full lot to wholesalers, distributors and established retailers across the local market, and direct to manufacturers buying in volume. We are a trade supplier and do not sell retail.
See the catalogueMill and factory relationships across East Asia and Europe, bought at source in container quantities without layered agents inflating the landed cost.
Shade, grammage and hand feel checked against the material they ship beside, so interlining suits the cloth it fuses to and trims match what they fasten.
Working stock on the ground across the running lines, so repeats and mid-season top-ups do not wait on a sixty-day sea freight cycle.
From the emulsion that becomes a coated leather to the button that closes the finished jacket. Each division is stocked to serve the others, so a manufacturer places one order and receives one consignment.

The layer nobody sees and every garment depends on. Woven, non-woven and cotton interlining: the structure that holds a collar straight, a waistband firm and a facing flat.

PU, semi-PU and PVC synthetic leather for bags, handbags, footwear and apparel, with grain, thickness and backing specified to the application rather than sold from a single stock quality.

The inputs behind the surface. For manufacturers coating their own material, we import the emulsion, the release paper and the additive package that make it.

The findings that finish the garment: lace and trims for bridal and formal wear, buttons and zippers across the standard gauges, and the specialist materials that support construction.

TR and wool-blend suiting in the weights, widths and shades that pant-coat manufacturing actually runs on, held against repeat orders rather than quoted from a catalogue.

The inside face and the hard-wearing outer shells. Taffeta in the standard T-counts, jacquard for the dressier end, cordura and oxford where the material has to take abuse.

Printed and embossed PVC table covering and wall paper, imported by the container and supplied by the roll. Our PVC table cloth is a running import, held in depth across the standard widths and refreshed with new prints each season.

Solvents, plasticisers, adhesive polymers and polyurethane systems, imported to specification and supplied against COA with batch traceability on every lot.
Every stocked and indent line across the eight divisions, with the specification that matters and what it is normally bought for. If something you need is not on it, ask. Most of what we carry began as a customer request.
We buy at the mill and the factory, not through a chain of agents. Long-standing accounts across East Asia and Europe mean the price you are quoted is the price the goods actually cost, plus our margin, stated openly.
Every incoming lot is checked before it is offered: shade against the master card, GSM against the spec sheet, shrinkage and colourfastness on the suiting, COA and MSDS on the chemistry. Goods that fail do not enter stock.
This is the part nobody else does. Your zip tape, your buttons and your lining are pulled and matched against the exact cloth you ordered, so the trim on the finished garment reads as one piece rather than four suppliers.
Four divisions, one packing list. Cloth, zips, buttons and chemicals leave on a single consignment with a single invoice and a single set of documents. One thing to track, one thing to clear, one thing to receive.
Working stock held in Lahore for repeats and mid-season top-ups, with indent orders placed against your forward plan. Delivery to your unit, or ex-warehouse against your own transport, whichever suits your line.
A buyer will forgive a lot before they forgive a collar that bubbles after one press, a handbag whose coating cracks at the fold, or a button that reads two shades off. The visible material is chosen carefully and the layer underneath is bought on price, and the finished product carries the compromise.
Holding all eight divisions in one house means the matching happens before anything ships, on a table, against the actual piece. Not on a colour reference emailed between three suppliers who have never seen each other's goods.
Talk to us about a lineScreens lie about shade, and no photograph shows hand feel. We send physical sample cards with material, coating, trim and finish mounted together, anywhere in Pakistan at no charge and abroad against freight.

Running lines across all eight divisions are held locally in depth, so a wholesale repeat order ships in days rather than against a sixty-day import cycle. Container quantities are placed against your forward plan and land before you need them.
We supply the trade in bulk. These are the terms every account works to, stated up front rather than discovered on the first invoice.
We are a bulk importer serving the trade: wholesalers and distributors, established retailers in the local market, and manufacturers buying direct in volume. We do not operate a retail counter and do not sell to the public or in single-piece quantities.
Standard minimum order is 100 to 200 rolls or cartons per line, with pricing banded by volume and stated in full on the quotation. Larger lots are quoted keener still. Container and full-lot quantities are where we are strongest, and where our landed cost advantage is passed on.
Ex-stock lines dispatch within days of a confirmed order. Indent and made-to-shade goods run to the mill's cycle, quoted honestly at the time of order and updated if anything moves.
Send us the cloth, or the panel, or the finished garment. Trims are matched physically against it and a mounted card is returned for your approval before a single carton is shipped.
Commercial invoice, packing list, COA and MSDS supplied as standard on chemical consignments. Batch numbers traceable on request for the life of the lot.
Bank transfer against invoice, with terms available to established accounts. Import documentation and LC handling supported for direct-import buyers.
If a lot does not run right on your floor, we want the call. Goods that fail against the approved card are our problem to resolve, not yours to absorb.
The questions every new account asks first, answered plainly. Anything not covered here, put it in the enquiry form and we will come back the same working day.
